MYeRenewals is a cloud based solution that allows insurance companies to offer online insurance policy renewals via their website. The solution allows customers to view their renewal notices online and pay to renew their policies using their credit card. Policy holders can login to the insurance company’s website, review their policy that is to be renewed and then pay to renew the policy using their credit card. Policy holders can also receive SMS messages and Email reminders when the deadline date is approaching to renew their policy.

- Customers receive SMS and/or Email notifications to renew their policy;
- Each notification includes a unique number that can be used to login to the website to start the renewal process;
- Policy holders can review their policy details online;
- Customers can choose to have a hard-copy version of the policy renewal invoice sent to them via TTPost or they can collect it from a branch office of their choosing;
