- Vendors can register and get pre-qualified;
- Vendors can upload and manage all of their required pre-qualification documents using the system;
- Pre-qualified vendors are pre-qualified for various categories e.g. IT Services, Computer Hardware etc;
- When a tender is posted, vendors that have been selected to respond to the tender, receive email notifications inviting them to respond to the tender;
- Before the deadline date, vendors can upload their tender response documents for a particular tender;
- Once a tender is awarded, the winning vendor receives email notification of such;
- All documents uploaded by a vendor are encrypted using 128bit encryption;
- MYeTenders also supports online payments where vendors can pay to have access to bid packages;
- Vendors can ask questions and view the responses to those questions;
- The system can also accept payments via WiPay Vouchers, which allows vendors to pay for bid packages even though they do not have a credit card;
