We create custom chatbots for Facebook and Websites. Chatbots are artificial intelligence programmes which are capable of “conversing” with people, responding to particular questions, and automatically provide suggestions and performing calculations. The chatbots work with Facebook and integrate with the Messenger chat application, and operate from there. A chatbot is a piece of automated messaging software that uses AI to converse with people. Bots are programmed to understand questions, provide answers, and execute tasks. From a customer’s perspective, they’re a friendly and accessible time-savers. Rather than opening an app (let alone downloading one), making a phone call, running a search, or loading a webpage, your customer can just type a message, like they would to a friend.

Each bot is as unique as the business it serves. They can help with common customer service questions, like delivery tracking and appointment booking. But they can also drive discovery—suggesting the perfect cosmetics, getting a motor insurance quote, or ordering dinner. They can upsell by suggesting LIFE INSURANCE to go with your MOTOR NSURANCE, or a bottle of white wine to go with your salmon dinner. They can remind you that you forgot to click purchase on an item. They can notify you about an offer they think you’d like, and they’ll remember your size or personal preferences.

All of our chatbots allow the customer to find out more about the company in the same fashion as if they were interacting with the companies' website. The bots can ask the customers a series of questions/preferences and then make recommendations to the customer based on their selections. The bot can even perform calculations and retrieve information from a server/database to provide the customer with a quote from right within the Facebook Chat interface.
